Redford was imported in utero from Holland and was born in 1998,
he is said to be a carbon copy of his famous father "Corland". Redford's pedigree includes
some of the world's most famous horses:
Cor
de la Bryere, Quenotte, Lurious, Landgraf, Ladykiller, Roland, Nimmerdor, Farn,
Ramonaa, Willow Cratic.
Redford's dam "Harmony", by Nimmerdor, is a keur mare, who was jumping at M-level in Holland before she became a well respected broodmare. Her progeny have been receiving such good scores at the KWPN inspections, that VDL Stud purchased her back and imported her back to Holland! Her 3 year old daughter, "Madame De Pomme" by "Jus De Pomme" was winner of her mare testing in 1997 between all 3 year old mares in Holland.
As a young horse, Redford won Junior Champion and Reserve Championships in Hunter type Sport Horse and Dressage Horse in Hand.
Redford was inspected in September 2002 at DG Bar Ranch in California by the KWPN. Redford received a first premium score and achieved a star predicate.
Redford represents the very best in breeding.
He shows excellent
type, rideability and a superb jumping style.
